Mob Arena!

The mob arena has been configured and is now playable!

Join the mob arena now with ./ma j!

To exit the mob arena, use ./ma l

To spectate the arena, use ./ma spec


If you would like to suggest a wave,follow the template below.  Follow this link for a better explanation of the waves.

List of boss abilities:

   NAME                DESCRIPTION
   arrows              Shoots arrows
   fireballs           Hurls fireballs
   fire-aura           Burns all nearby (5 blocks radius) players
   lightning-aura      Strikes lightning 4 places around itself (3-block radius)
   living-bomb         A random player is set on fire, and explodes after 3 seconds
   obsidian-bomb       Spawns an Obsidian block which explodes after 4 seconds
   chain-lightning     Lightning strikes the target and jumps to a nearby player
   disorient-target    Spins the target around 45-315 degrees
   disorient-nearby    Spins all nearby (5 blocks radius) players
   disorient-distant   Spins all distant (8+ blocks) players
   root-target         Locks the target in place for a couple of seconds
   warp-to-player      Picks a random player in the arena to warp to
   shuffle-positions   Swaps everyone's (including the boss) positions around
   flood               Places a water block on a random player's location
   throw-target        Throws the target backwards (if in distance)
   throw-nearby        Throws all nearby (5 blocks radius) players
   throw-distant       Throws all distant (8+ blocks) players
   pull-target         Warps the target to the boss' location
   pull-nearby         Warps all nearby (5 blocks radius) players to the boss' location
   pull-distant        Warps all distant (8+ blocks) players to the boss' location

It is a lot of fun. Just try to survive long enough to meet the spider, and watch out for that duck.

The chicken has Chain Lightning, nothing to really worry about. The spider, however, has an arrow, it can freeze you for a second and it can even push you away with it's magic abilities. The pig is slightly annoying due to the fact it swaps people's positions on the map. Jack and I pretty much killed the Spider except it had 2 hearts left, it has weak point and some places it can't access.

I have updated the thread for people who are willing to suggest classes and/or waves.

I've removed root_target, which would help.
The pig, I have removed shuffle_positions and replaced it with obsidian_bomb, we'll see how that effects the boss.

Could you add more bookcases to the enchanting room? Enough for a level 30 enchant would be ideal, but I guess 15-25 is ok. Also making the rewards you get from it a little better would also be smart.

I suggest class:

Scout: Has Diamond sword and a bunch of swiftness potions. Also has a bow with some arrows.

Cleric: Has a bunch of healing potions, diamond armor, and XP bottles. He acts as a tank and healer for his team, while allowing them to enchant their stuff.

Jack of all Trades: Has iron armor, a bow with arrows, potions, and an iron sword. Balance him correctly and you get a great fighter

If someone wants to transfer these to the correct format they can >.>

I like Frodo's ideas, you should go with them. Perhaps scout could have leather armour?
Classes:
Venomancer:
The venomancer is a class that, you guessed it, relies on venom!
Armour: Gold Armour.
Primary weapon: An iron sword which makes mobs bleed every time they're struck or if that's too hard, an iron sword with sharpness 1.
Secondary weapon: 16 bottles of splash poison bottles that last 3 minutes.
Utility:2 regeneration potions that last 2 minutes each.

Pyro:
Yeah, make your TF2 jokes now... Anyhow, the Pyro is quite a straight forward class that relies on fire damage.
Armour: Leather Armour all with fire protection at max.
Primary Weapon: A diamond sword with fire aspect 2 on it.
Secondary Weapon: A bow with Flame 1 on it with 2 stacks of arrows.
Utility: 5 splash potions of harming.

Tamer:
A unique class which some people may really like the thought of, others may not. This class relies on using dogs to kill enemies as well as helping you with bosses.
Armour: Iron Armour.
Primary Weapon: Iron Sword.
Utilities: 10 spawn dog eggs with 20 bones.
Just a couple ideas I thought up on the spot.

Not sure If I did that right but.. I TRIED!

Couple problems tho, spawn eggs, they'll spawn as wolves, and you only have 20 bones to what? tame them all? that'll never work.
Also, they seem pretty op classes haha.
